1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed in 2–5 business days
  • A confirmation email with tracking info will be sent when shipped
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard shipping is 3–7 business days depending on destination
  • Some products may ship separately if sourced from different suppliers

3. Shipping Fees

  • Calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Occasionally we offer free shipping promotions

4. Tracking

Tracking numbers will be emailed when available.
If you don’t receive tracking within 7 days, contact us at customerservice@petecofriendly.com.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us for assistance.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
