Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your eco-friendly pet accessories. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Free of damage, pet hair, stains, or odors
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Opened pet treats or consumables

For defective or incorrect items, please email us at customerservice@petecofriendly.com within 7 days of delivery.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective

3. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us and we’ll help with the exchange process.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cancellation may not be possible.
